Regulated and adapted enterprise sector

Objective :

Work alongside Mission Handicap in increasing the use of subcontractors within the protected and adapted enterprise sectors (EA/ESAT). Target of € 6 million for 2010.

Priorities :

To promote the adapted enterprise sector,
To include the adapted enterprise sector wherever possible in the selection of suppliers during invitations-to-tender, either in specific domains or by reserving a proportion of the market in question.

Highlights in 2009 :

Use of an adapted sector company for the digitisation of wage slips,
Referencing of an EA/ESAT supplier for the video encoding of cheques,
Referencing with its current supplier of an EA/ESAT company for catering services including breakfasts, meal trays and cocktail receptions,
Allocation of part of the processing of electronic waste to 8 UNEA network companies,
Benchmarking process in collaboration with ORSE, with the members of the "Finance & Insurrance" club regarding purchasing practices with the supported employment sector
