Regulated and adapted enterprise sector

Objective

Work alongside Mission Handicap in increasing the use of subcontractors within the regulated and adapted enterprise sectors (EA/ESAT). Target of € 6 million for 2010.

Priorities

  • Include the adapted enterprise sector wherever possible in the selection of suppliers during calls for tender, either in specific domains or by reserving a proportion of the market in question;
  • Promote the adapted enterprise sector

Highlights in 2008

  • Contract signed with an IT advisory company, which is specialised in advanced technologies and which proposes service providers from the adapted enterprise sector. Two providers from the adapted enterprise sector are currently working on major projects within the Information Systems Department
Other candidacies are currently being processed in order to meet Group needs in 2009.
  • The referencing of supplier caterers for cocktail parties, restaurant and canteen meals has been opened to the adapted enterprise sector (2 ESAT suppliers) and one organic caterer has been added to the usual selection of 5 catering companies
  • The list of EA/ESAT regulated and adapted enterprises of the GESAT Group has been published on the Purchasing Department (ACHA) intranet in France. As a result, the retail banking network and the corporate departments can consult the offers available and the terms of the contracts signed with adapted enterprise sector companies
