Corporate Governance
On November 5, 2008, Société Générale’s Board of Directors confirmed that it uses the AFEP-MEDEF Corporate Governance Code for listed companies as the reference framework for its Corporate Governance Report, and that it adheres to the AFEP-MEDEF recommendations of October 6, 2008 governing the compensation of directors of listed companies. * The Group's Board of Directors and management committees have been governed by internal regulations since 2000, and a Directors’ Charter regroups the compliance rules that apply to Société Générale directors. --------------------------------------------* Verified by Ernst & Young (see Statutory Auditors' Report )
